Q: How is an Indiana Real Estate Sales License obtained?
|
|
A:To obtain a sales license, one must be at least 18 years of age; have 54 hours of real estate pre-license sales education, and pass the course examination with a passing grade of 75% or better; Successfully pass the state licensing exam.

The Mission of the REALTORS® Association of Central Indiana, Inc. Is to Enhance the Opportunity of its Members to Provide Cooperative, Professional, Ethical Real Estate Services to the Community While Achieving their Business Objectives.
As a member of RACI, our members enjoy business contacts, networking opportunities, educational offerings, research and legislative representation, programs, services, and tremendous camaraderie. The Association headquarters is located in Kokomo, Indiana. Our members serve communities such as; Kokomo, Peru, Marion, Logansport, Wabash, Greentown, Russiaville, North Manchester, Jonesboro, Gas City, Fairmount, Sweetser, Swayzee, Converse, Van Buren, Upland, Matthews, Fowlerton, Landess, Bunker Hill, Mexico, Galveston, and Walton.
RACI’s elected leadership and business management teams share a common goal. Individually, each brings to the table years of expertise in the real estate industry and proven business management skills. As partners, they seek solutions to advance specific public policy issues and meet the needs of REALTORS® in Central Indiana.
RACI is also affiliated with the Indiana Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
